July 24-28: University of Findlay's Mazza Museum welcomes students in grades 4-8 to a week-long art camp
Local student artists will learn about the world of picture book art in a fun, exciting way. Young artists will create daily art projects using different techniques and media inspired by original illustrations from picture books. At the end of the week, they will attend a reception to honor one another and the pieces of art they've created.
If you are interested in covering the camp, interviews, videos, and pictures can be taken from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Please let UF Director of Communications, Branden Ferguson know if you plan to attend. He will then help coordinate the best time and location to complete your story.
